I made this video about 5 minutes after I woke up so i can't talk, obviously. And the ending is graphic; do not attempt to call animal control because they will never catch us! (and i'm aware it's pretty lame; but, I'm tryin' heah)

I know I said I got a video camera; but, although Kody IS photogenic, he's not a good actor. I'm still working on things.

...Kody tries so many different times and so many different ways to be so super cute that maybe he'll get his dinner early.

Last night, when i was making my own dinner, I do one of my many million glances at him while he pathetically waits by his bowl for an early reward and got this:



He really does amaze me with his humanly manipulative ways. How does he KNOW how to act like that? Does he emulate my look when i want just one more drink and everyone says 'no'? Does he watch t.v.? Does he connect with me on a level only a dog can hear and know what melts my heart?

I guess he's just brilliant on his own.

FUCK, I love that dog.

Leaving for work

If I happen to leave the garage door open while i'm loading my car or bike, Kody will run out any chance he can.

He'll lay by my car and have his ear cocked and ready for me to come out and tell him he has to come back in because Mommy is going to work.

and sure enough if you peek past the car, he will be looking at you.

Another one of Kody's favorite toys is "daddy". He ADORES Kevin. Probably becuase Kevin is hard to get...but Kody will bowl right past that and do what he wants anyway, which is to ... well, adore Kevin.

Kody loves to go 'bye bye'. There's not much going on in his daily life so even if I'm running to Starbucks, he wants to go.

And he's so massive, that I get quite a few points & laughs and people starting conversation with me about him.

I love it.
